Amicable staff did a great job. Deluxe king room had upgrades, it was generous-sized and outstanding. Had an electric kettle and glassware at our disposal.

It was a really great stay, incredibly beautiful place. I asked for a deluxe king room and the one given was immaculate and beautiful. Stayed for 2 nights, the stuff was friendly during all this time. Super location to the Highlands was a plus.

The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. The location is very central and convenient for exploring the city. The manager, Roz, was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this excellent bed and breakfast.

The owner of the hotel was very kind and accommodating. She made sure that my breakfast was prepared to my liking, and there was plenty to choose from on the continental buffet. The hotel room was spacious and clean, and the decor was lovely. The location was great, as it was only a short distance away from the city centre. the off-street parking was convenient for those driving in and out of the hotel.
It was a bit of a walk to the city centre, which may be difficult for those with mobility issues. However, this was a minor aspect compared to the overall experience.

I had a great stay at this B&B in Inverness. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center. The room was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities I needed. The owner, Rose, was a fantastic host and made sure I felt welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and set me up for a day of exploring. I also appreciated the free parking on the hotel, as it made it easy for me to get around. The strong WIFI signal in the room was a pleasant surprise, as it's not always reliable in B&Bs.
